Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours after purchase, provided they have not yet been shipped. After this period, or once your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. Please contact us immediately at info@sedyjewelry.com if you need assistance.
We carefully inspect and securely package each order. However, once handed over to the carrier, responsibility for damage or loss lies with the shipping company. Customers may file a claim directly with the carrier.
